About the Art

Are all items handmade?
All items are handmade and signed by the artist. Because each piece is made one at a time, using artistic art glass, colors may vary slightly and no two patterns will be exactly the same.

How do I care for my item?
Hand wash. Do not place food safe entertainment ware in a dishwasher, oven or microwave.

Can any items be created with custom dimension and/or color?
Of course. Candace is delighted to create custom pieces and commissions to fit your preferences. Please contact Candace for more information and to discuss your personal design.

Color Disclaimer
Candace makes every effort with her photography to represent her glass art as life-like as possible. Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors a little differently.

Orders

Are any items returnable?
Custom created items are not returnable. All other items may be returned within ten (10) days of delivery. Please contact Candace to obtain return instructions. You must use the original shipping and packing material or the equivalent. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order?
Every effort will be made to accept the cancellation, but only if the cancellation is made prior to Candace making the item/s (especially custom orders). All cancellations should be made in writing by contacting Candace here.

Shipping

Is shipping included in the price?
Yes! Prices include packing and shipping within the continental US. For items shipped outside the US, or to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact Candace for a quote. All items, except small jewelry, are double boxed. All items are packed with care.

Is my shipment insured?
Free shipping does not include insurance.

However, you may request insurance and Candace will arrange insurance and the difference will be charged to you. All items, except small jewelry, are double boxed. All items are packed with care. Shipments are sent FOB (Place of Origin) via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

What is FOB (Place of Origin)?
FOB Place of origin means the buyer assumes ownership of the shipment from the moment the carrier picks up the package and signs the bill of lading. All items, except small jewelry, are double boxed. All items are packed with care.

You may opt to insure your package as mentioned above.

How long will it take to receive my item?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Typically you may expect to receive your item within two (2) weeks. Once the order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification email that includes package tracking information. For larger, more intricate items, or custom items shipping may take 4-6 weeks from the time of order. You will receive a notification if your order is expected to arrive more than two weeks from the time you place your order.

Can I expedite my shipment?
Yes, if you would like to have your order come via expedited shipping, contact Candace and expedited shipping will be arranged. Any difference in shipping costs will be charged to you.
