Welcome to the Kahn Glass Art website (the “website” ) Terms & Conditions. This website, found under the KahnGlassArt.com & KahnGlass.com URLs, is operated by Candace Kahn, and references to “we”, “us”, “our” and “the company” shall be deemed to be referenced to Candace Kahn Glass. References to “you”, “your” “customer” and “client” shall be deemed to be referenced to the person or company placing an order. Kahn Glass Art is a subsidiary of CLK Enterprises.

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has entered our dispatching process, we will not be able to make any changes.

Handmade Products
Kahn Glass Art products are made by hand; small imperfections/differences in shape, size, and color can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.

Those products intended for table use are suitable for food, but should be washed by hand to increase their longevity.

Ordering
Please allow sufficient delivery time for products in stock and additional time for custom pieces. See our FAQ for more information.

Prices are inclusive of shipping. See our FAQ page for more information.

Charges will be listed on your credit card statement under the name: CLK Enterprises.

All orders are dealt with on an individual basis. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

“What’s Happening?” Newsletter
When signing up for our newsletter, you receive a code for a 10% discount on your first order.  Your discount code must be entered in the ORDER NOTES during the checkout process. Once your order is confirmed, your discount will be applied to your order. At that point, you will receive an email confirming your order and reflecting your final total.

Cancelling an Order
While every effort will be made to accept the cancellation, this can only happen if the cancellation is made prior to any making of products (especially custom orders). All cancellations should be made in writing by contacting Candace ASAP.
