“Nucleoid” Triangle Platter

Kiln-formed glass platter designed in Palm Springs by artist Candace Kahn.

This platter was created with glass paints poured onto a base glass.  A special oil is then dropped on areas of the pour to create craters and interesting organic designs. The glass is then fired in the kiln followed by a slump into a triangular mold.

Food safe, hand wash.
