Precise craftsmanship defines this intricate fused and slumped glass platter designed in Palm Springs by artist Candace Kahn.
Complex patterns are created by stacking white and black glass and then heating in the kiln at 1600 degrees to form a solid block of glass. Â This glass block is then cut on a tile saw and the resulting pattern bar slices are assembled and fired into one sheet of glass which is then slumped to form this unique platter.
A perfect hostess gift. Great for appetizers, crackers, sushi, etc.
Food safe, hand wash.
One of a kind, signed by the artist.
